Intellectual Property Rights

Through use of the website, you acknowledge that the content of NativeAmerica.travel is subject to copyright, trademark and possible other intellectual property rights. Content refers to anything you may see, read, hear, upload, download or access on or via the website, including but not limited to artwork, graphics, photographs, images, text, music, video, etc.

Unless expressly authorized by AIANTA, you may not:

• Sell, reproduce, publish, distribute, communicate to the public, modify, display, adapt, repost or otherwise use any of the content in any way without prior written consent
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any person in using the site or content
• Transfer intellectual property or licensing rights to you unless it is clearly stated
• Use any trademarks, logos or the NativeAmerica.travel domain name without prior written consent. All other trademarks, logos and seals appearing on NativeAmerica.travel are the property of their respective owners.

Site Content and Usage

AIANTA works hard to keep the content of NativeAmerica.travel up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the content. Through use of the website, you acknowledge:

• All prices quoted on the site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and may change from time to time
