Grand Canyon Skywalk allows visitors to walk 4,000 feet above the floor of the Grand Canyon on a glass walkway. This horseshoe-shaped glass bridge extends 70 feet over the rim of the canyon, providing unparalleled views of one of the world’s Seven Natural Wonders.
Opened in 2007, Skywalk is strong enough to bear the weight of 70 jumbo passenger jets and withstand 100 mph winds.
There are multiple dining options at Skywalk. Sa' Nyu Wa, a newly opened 4-star restaurant, offers a unique fusion of Southwest and Asian cuisine with traditional Hualapai tribal dishes. The restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling windows provide dramatic views of the West Rim. More casual dining options can be found at the Skywalk Cafe or Eagle Point-area snack stations.
Skywalk's gift shops feature unique items that allow you to take home a piece of the Grand Canyon and Hualapai culture. Admission to Skywalk includes shuttle transportation to the Guano Point viewing area and the Hualapai Ranch Old Western town.
